Residential
3/4" meter = $18.25 for 0-2,500 gallons
  • $5.29 per 1,000 gallons used after that

All other sizes = $20.76 for 0-2,500 gallons
  • $5.66 per 1,000 gallons used after that
Commercial
3/4" meter = $21.39 for 0-2,500 gallons
  • $6.29 per 1,000 gallons used after that

All other sizes = $23.91 for 0-2,500 gallons
  • $6.61 per 1,000 gallons used after that

Deposits/Fees
Renter deposit:  $50
Commercial deposit:  $100
Reconnect fee:  $40 (turn water back on)
New tap fee:  $2,000 (includes $50 deposit)
Capacity replacement fee:
     3/4" = $1,000
        1" = $2,500
  1 1/3" = $$3,500
        2" = $5,000
   (Call the office for fees over 2".)
Application
To speed up processing, download and fill out the application prior to visiting the Water Office. Questions regarding Holt Water Works rates can be addressed by calling the main office at 850-537-4113.
Payments
Bills are due by the 10th of each month. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit/debit card or online. A dropbox is available at the Water Office for after-hours payment. A 10% late charge will be added for overdue bills.
Pay Online
Holt Water Works customers can now pay their water bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card or ACH (echeck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third-party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the “click to pay” button below and you will be instantly directed to Pay N Seconds.

If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new Pay N Seconds account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your customer number and PIN from your Holt Water Works bill. If you have more than one water account with Holt Water Works, Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple accounts under the same login. Please register first with your main water account.

Once you discontinue your water service, you must cancel your Pay N Seconds account.
